What condition? 

We advise that if you are unsure of the condition or specification of your device, please contact us. The order will be revised to a higher or lower price if there are any discrepancies; the new price will be non-negotiable, but we will return the items free of charge if the price is not acceptable.

New (Sealed in original box)

• The device is brand new, unused and has the manufacturer seal intact. 
• No iCloud account or equivalent enabled

Good (No damage, may have minor signs of use)

• Minor/small scratches and marks, but no cracks, dents, chips or damage to the screen
• No excessive/large scratching, bent housing or missing parts
• No noticeable areas of paint scratched or worn off
• No engravings or permanent security marks
• No iCloud account or equivalent enabled

Average (May have dents or scratches)

• May have scratches, marks and dents.
• No iCloud account or equivalent enabled
• No cracks or damage to the screen or bent housing
• No faults, including lines on the screen, power button not working, etc. 

 Poor (Noticeable damage)

• Must show signs of life / power on
• Could have functional defects or connection issues
• May have cracks
• May have liquid damage or a crack on the screen
• No iCloud account or equivalent enabled

Faulty, Not Working

• May have no power or is otherwise non-functional
• May have major damage that prevents normal usage
• May have iCloud account or equivalent enabled 

Additional Requirements

You must factory reset your wearable item if able to. Batteries of any device must hold a charge of at least 80% of their original capacity or they will be deemed "Faulty".
