Good (No dents or cracks)
- May have up to 3 very light scratches and marks, but no cracks, dents, chips or damage to screen
- No excessive deep scratching, bent housing or missing parts
- No noticeable areas of paint scratched or worn off
- No engravings or permanent security marks
- No find my iPhone, Android lock or equivalent enabled
Average (Heavier signs of wear, but still usable)
- May have dents, chips, scratches and marks
- No find my iPhone, Android lock or equivalent enabled
- No cracks or damage to screen or bent housing
- No faults, including lines on screen, power button not working, etc.
- No find my iPhone, Android lock or equivalent enabled
Poor (for damaged devices that still power on)
- Must show signs of life/power on
- May have major damage that prevents normal usage
- May have cracks or liquid damage
- Screen Must still be functional
- No find my iPhone, Android lock or equivalent enabled
Faulty
- May not power on or start up when expected
- May have Find my iPhone, Android lock or equivalent enabled
Additional Requirements
You must remove all accounts (such as iCloud or Google account) and disable any anti-theft features (such as Find My). Devices that are attached or locked to such an account do not have a commercial value, but we can still recycle them for free.
All batteries must hold a charge at least 80% of their original capacity, otherwise they will be considered "Faulty or Consumed" and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
